Yasmina BENATALLAH is an application referent – functional support. Her job is to provide Level 3 functional support for Colas Industries: to assist users by identifying problems reported through incidents, analyzing them, and above all finding a solution as quickly as possible. Yasmina likes to work in collaboration with her colleagues and managers and makes it a point of honor to be kind.

“Hello, my name is Yasmina BENATALLAH and I am an application referent – functional support at Colas Digital Solutions. My job is to provide level 3 functional support for Colas industries. This means providing assistance to users while identifying problems encountered through incidents, analyzing them and finding solutions quickly. In addition, I also have the task of ensuring the integration of the IS (Information System) of our test environments related to the industries at Colas. I chose Colas Digital Solutions and I feel good here because I like helping Colas Group employees. My goal is to assist them and find solutions according to their needs to meet their requirements. In conclusion, I like the feeling that I am accompanying them in their daily lives.

My work has a real meaning. Indeed, I appreciate the collaboration with my colleagues and managers. The atmosphere is dynamic and sometimes fast but always benevolent.

I am reassured to work in the Bouygues Group, which is a solid group with real values and which also gives us access to a certain number of advantages such as the PEE, a good mutual insurance company and subsidized loans. In the future, I can see myself moving on to Colas Digital Solutions and taking on new responsibilities or discovering another IT company in the Group to take on new missions.
